We have some table dynamic with him, he has limped in on my BB quite a few times. In one hand I called him betting three streets with air when i flopped a king TP. In the next hand he took a passive flop and bet hard on the turn taking it down instead.

OTR here I really want to shove with 17 bb left, but figure he's not folding many hands that he calls my turn-3bet with. Although I get the feeling he's generally calling much postflop.

I think you can make call on the river. In case he lucked out on you, you still have 12bb to play with. Your hand is just too strong to fold here. I expect him to have some silly bluffs like 7x or 2 diamonds or he might think his 8x is good. You are getting 5:1 to call, and I do think you are good here at least 17% of the time, which is the % that you need to be good here to make it BE.

Raising bigger on T is not out of the question either.
