Ouch. Tough spot. I don't see too many hands in Vil range containing J or T, other than JJ or maybe TT. Vil stats don't seem to indicate a creative 3b range.

You have 34.5 BB and nothing already invested in the hand.

Without crunching a bunch of range combos, I would fold and wait for a better spot.

UTG 1 or 2 might have a real hand, and that would also block a lot of combos of MP3 that you would like for MP3 to hold.

If MP3 is 3b light into all these potential callers, that is a crafty bet, assuming he can slow down on unfavorable flops.

If vil just likes his hand and wants to gii, with those stats, I would fold QQ here.

Interesting raise size, he squeezed 8.5x over the minraise. You'd think if he had AA/KK he would go a bit smaller to entice some action. Based on that I think it looks more like a hand that doesn't necessarily want callers, like AK/JJ. With his stats, small sample aside, I don't think he'd squeeze over an EP raise with TT/AJ type stuff. So I'd trust my read and go with it.
