I understand wanting to see a flop with AJo so I don't mind the call preflop but after that I'm not good with. I would rather see a fold or a raise on the flop. A raise says that I have a K and you have to pay up to hit your flush. This is the only way you are winning here. I don't like getting it in on the turn because of the paired board and the fact that KQ is well within the range of UTG+2. This is another reason why you raise on the flop because if you get called here then we are done with this hand as you are happy to check/fold and keep what chips you have. That is a scary flop for TT and down and I firmly believe if you raise the flop you win this pot more often than not.
I would either fold or shove pre-flop, depending on V's stat. E.g. if he opens too wide, we prob can steal the pot or play versus MP3...
Also, it might be interesting for you to look at the gross spot that AJo could end up on, the table config is close to yours.. https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/1...stack-1717201/
definitely a fold pre. you're in such a bad spot so often when you flat esp on broadway boards where you have a pair of aces or jacks and he has you dominated. if you're gonna play this at all preflop, i'd prefer a 3bet bluff. but i'd just fold most of the time here. I'd flat AJs though.
take position and ranges into account a bit more than your actual holding. this is your equity vs what i'd approximate his range to be:
