$38 mtt : Weird line from villain - what does he have?

$38 mtt, early mid stage
Hero 510 K
Villain1 200 k
Vllain2 100 k
Villain1 raises 4x pre from mid pos
Villain2 flats on the button
I´m in the BB with pocket fives and decice to flat
Flop comes J

Button checks and I check to Villain1. He bets 10k into the pot of 50k
Button fold and I call
Turn 9
I check and Villain1 bets 20k into the pot of 70k
I decide to flat again
River 9
Now Villain1 bets 80k into the pot of 110k and I decide to fold
What to you think of my line here and what do you think of this line from villain? I´m pretty confident it´s a fold given no info of previous lines but I´m still curious what you guys think. Especially of Villains line here. I´m thinking it has to be superpolarized either bluffing or flopping a set, or a weird rivering trips or quads and in that case, which of the two do you guys find more likely.
It seems kind of weird that he is uncomfortable bluffing with a big size with a hand like overcards on flop and turn but decide to bomb it on the river. I also find it a lttle confusing that he chooses such a small size on the turn with a set when I have several draws in my range. I don´t have history with this player, but given the weird bet sizing on several streets I expect him to not follow any traditional GTO guidelines. The table in general seemed overall fishy.
