3 left can you fold AA on the river?

We are 3 left in a 15$ tourney. Both opponents are pretty weak. I never seen such a bad game preflop as theirs on a FT at this stakes. They are around 40/10 and they spent the entire FT constantly limping.

I wanted to fold on the river... The timebank was over, maybe I would have folded if I were given more time, who knows.
The problem is that I don't think he would bet a queen, and basically any draw has gotten there.
Do you guys think this is a mandatory fold?

3-bet slightly bigger. C-bet definitly bigger on that texture and vs this profile. With correct PF/flop sizings turn would probably be a shove. As played river is either a value bet to get him to hero Qx/Tx or mostly c-f, c-c doesn't make too much sens.
