Villan was 21/9 (14% 3bet, 40% fold to cbet) over 58 hands.

What do you folks think about the line here? I think betting at least 2 streets is a good idea but I'm pretty sure I messed up with the sizing there. Thoughs?

I like the triple barreling here a lot. You have equity and range advantage so triple barrelling makes a ton of sense. What I don't like however is your size on the turn and the river. If I were you I would either bet 2/3 pot on the turn and overbet the river or overbet both the turn and the river. With your little sizing, you make it too cheap to call you down. You want to push as much fold equity as possible. Put your nuts in the same line too, I mean the larger sizing and overbet stuff.

^ don't like this suggestion - it's a very polarising line and we have very few flushes here - V will have many more - we have little that can take this line for value so we should have few bluffs.

OP yes would fire the second barrel more like 2/3 pot but shut down from there

Agree with Mr Goat this is not a good board to triple barrel. Shut down on the river

What do you think about the sizing on the flop? I always feel like most of my best are around 30-40%. Would a bigger size work better here?

I would bet Flop around 2/3 pot. We have all the nuttish hands like sets and nutflushes and we have lots of equity so its a good candidate to bluff big. Ott i would bet even bigger like 80-100%. Otr i give up because it looks very strong when he calls twice on this board and we probably just fold out his missed flushdraws.

Doubt QJ is a fold pre in lj w ~135bb covering 4 stacks in a pko.

Or even in a Freezeout.

It's a fold in cash games according to my solver ranges so can't imagine it would be any different in a tournament

You don't pay rake and there's an ante. Also there's bounty overlay. It's different.

My bad. Had accounted for the no rake and ante but forgot about bounties

You should probably reconsider opening QJo from early position in the first place. But in this instance I think triple barreling is exactly the right move, you have the range advantage and the nut advantage. You also block smome straight and flush draws, only you need to bulk up your sizing, expecially on the turn I would bet 5bb into 7.6bb, then I would bet 25bb into 17.6BB to make it look like a set freaking out about the flush draw. Then I would shove the river 2X pot, 65bbs effective into 50bbs. You only need about 60% folds on the river for the bluff to be +EV, and even some of the low sets will feel quite squirmish with this line.

How do we have nut advantage? who has more combos of flushes?
also why would we want to block straight and flush draws ( that missed)
also this id the lojack nit EP

We want to block the made flushes but not the missed straights is presumably what he meant to say.
