Should I have 3bet pre? Was my flop fold too nitty? Not sure that it matters, but I had a $5 bounty on my head, and the guy that I covered had the same bounty

Villain is loose-passive and is opening from MP. AJ doesn't play well multiway so that's a 3b/fold spot. But your stack size and his stats make this a bad 3b spot. So I would just fold.

This is a common type of hand that I constantly encounter. I've been following the Assassinato line of 3-betting a higher percent of hands especially when you can get position on the opener. I think I would 3-bet pre-flop here to define my hand better in preparation for a flop texture like this. I don't disagree with the flop fold as you haven't defined the initial raisers range and his (or her) stats show standard aggo pre so you're probably crushed on the flop.

So let's play this out....MP opens, you 3bet 2.6x, BB folds more than likely. MP will raise with QQ+, AKo and probably call with AQo and 77+. Once the flop hits, MP will probably check to you and I would not c-bet with bottom pair. On the turn, if MP leads, what range do you assign? Yes, AQ and TT have you crush as well as a sneaky KK. More than likely you will hear from those hands on the turn and a small raise with trips will further define their holdings. You have KK and TT way more than MP in this scenario and if he ships, you can safely fold.

That's my opinion at least...other thoughts would be appreciated.

Everything is on the table here. I'd mostly 3bet here and mix in some flats and folds.

As played, flop size is chunky but I'd call with the redraws.

3-bet for bluff with 27BB does not seem to be a good idea. call is fine. fold otf is fine.

Hero doesn't have redraws in this board, any queen its a chop ( and not the Qc) any ace its not good either (better 2pairs)
And every other card (no club) doesn't change a thing

^^ completely agree, hero's outs are pretty limited here.

Hand is wp, folding pre is too nitty and we should be looking 3b a polarised range instead.. not a hand like AJ which has good SDV.. 3b/f it would be a disaster if we were to face a 4b.

Stacks are a thing here too.. we are facing 2ic chipleader so we won't have as much fe vs this player and with our stack we need to be really selective now as we are getting into preflop reshipping territory... lets save our 3b for all in instead in the right spot.

Its a pretty bad flop to continue really, we are in the middle of our range with still two streets to come where v is very likely to fire further barrels.
