you haven't got a medium-strong hand - you've got a very weak pair - the point is that it's very hard to make a hand with 43s
Rule number one, don't raise in the CO w/ 34s what are you expecting to flop? Once the board pairs on this turn, whats the reasoning we are betting here? We want to get value from what? What worst hands call us here? With that being said, you need to fold river once villain calls the turn. We have to accept that we are beat here and if its a bluff then oh well come to the forum and cry about the hand instead of punting the chips away.
