The tournament is $2 buy in. there were 7 players left with pay outs of $40,30,20,13,9,7,6.5
Chip stacks are 38000 , 25,000 , 24,000 , 22000 , 20000 , 18000, 15000 with a 150 ante and 1200 big blind. I have 20000 chips sitting on ~ 17 bb.
There is a lojack raise to 3500, highjack flat, and I had AJo on the button. Is this a clear shove preflop with 9.8k already in the pot? In the moment I snap 3 bet all in, but I am not sure this was right now given how many comparable stacks were left. I figured with 10k dead money in the middle and no significant pay jump until 4th it was a shove.
Thank you!n

Edit: the 25k stack raised first then the 38k stack called the raise
