This hand pretty much cost me a final table position but are we too stubborn here or is the line ok'ish? should we always be folding this river?

The min x/r on that flop screams I have 3x but it's hard to get away from JJ on such a dry flop with 26bb to start the hand. But I think you can fold the river.

I don't like min raising preflop. I would usually go 2.5x from LP to make it more expensive for the blinds to defend with trash and also build the pot more when you have position.

Why did you minbet on the flop? I think this is 33% cbet or something like that. You have an easy call vs the check raise.

I would have also bet the turn. Myself.

With 26bb starting the hand, I would gone all in by the turn. It is too passive and too little and small betting on too many streets. Yeah, this time you saved chips but in the long term on average, you would not extract the most value from this hand.

If you are not staking off with this stack size and on this board with JJ then I am not sure when you will.

The flop bet is too small but the interesting thing is it actually gave you an escape on the river. By betting so small it now only kept the pot small but enticed the min x/r from villain to give away the strength of his hand. He wouldn't min x/r with a hand like a small pair or 8x.

If hero bets a more standard size, say 12k, villain can either x/c and let Hero bet into him on the turn, or he can x/shove and make it look like a weaker pair.
