$11 - Early set. Bet sizing checkup

Hi,
It's been a long time since I've played with any regularity and I'm just looking for a checkup on my bet sizing.
40/80 blinds. most people still around starting stack of 5k.
UTG limps, I limp UTG+2, button limps. SB folds, BB checks.
Flop is 965r. Checked to me. Pot at 360.
I bet 250. Couple of my friends prefer a smaller bet. What say you?

With 3 others in the pot I think it's played just fine. You're gonna get called by tp, probably by mid pair and any draws

I would bet 200-ish on a rainbow board, but I don't think it's a big deal - 4-way, I think it's good to protect your hand against randomness and at these stakes I think you'll get looked up a lot by top pairs and pair+gutters, even if it does look pretty strong to go around 70% pot on a board that smashes your range. If there was a FD, I would prefer your sizing.

Yeah I guess it could have been more dangerous with a flush draw. I think I like something close to 200-225. Thanks.
