So made it to the final table and came back into the game from 1.8bb

then this hand happens

Is QQ a fold due to ICM?

And what of villain is this a bad call from them?

Yeah, there is no other way to play this hand from your perspective. And from his perspective, A10s 6 handed is a fairly strong hand. If he loses that hand he is 4th in chips, with 2 short stacks, and its almost always a flip for him.

From his perspective I think it's a fold : your UTG range with ICM is pretty strong and he is most of the times dominated or flipping (I have to check with HRC).

edit because of HRC checking : he had to fold. His calling range after your shove is 88+, AJs+, AQo.
(your shoving range here should be : 55+ A7s+ A5s-A2s ATo+ K9s+ KQo QTs+ JTs)

For ICM to make this a fold off of 11BB stack, you would need like 3 other players to be at 1BB and even then it's probably close.
