I am lost on what to do on the flop. My hand looks so nice in my eye, but it's probably just a fold. Should I fold immediately or after calling once?

That's a pretty ugly spot. With all the limping, the flop nails everyone's range so you have to worry about sets and better flush draws. If nobody else has diamonds, you're in decent shape multiway; but your equity drops a chunk with each diamond in someone else's hand. And of course you're drawing almost dead if someone has a better flush draw.

I don't know, I'd probably say what the hell and get my chips in given the potential to win a massive pot with decent equity if enough of your diamond outs are live.

i wouldn't be folding on this flop I dont think, if someone has diamonds we have a pair and straight d for insurance.

I might lead sometimes too as calling looks like a flush d often
