The preflop open is marginal. Holdem Resources Calculator says it is worth $0.15 in equity, and is a mix between opening 14% and folding 86%.
On the flop, I would c-bet 1/3 pot this flop heads-up in-position and expect to take it down enough to profit. With another player in position, I ramp my c-betting down significantly.
I thought the turn card hit my opening range reasonably well, and thought a delayed c-bet was called for -- BB had checked twice and MP had checked once, and so the board misses a lot of their range. Once I bet and both villains called, though, I was done with the hand unless I spiked a pair.
What do people think, is a delayed c-bet on the turn good or bad? One thing to note is that because I am the short stack in the hand, my fold equity is diminished, as people feel the allure of my bounty.
