It looks like we have had another server problem like yesterday.
Certain tournaments have been stopped.
Players in these tournaments will receive a reimbursement according to Article 11.2 of our terms and conditions. In most cases this will include equity.

11.2 Disconnections caused by Website servers
If you have been injured, the Company agrees to reimburse you within a delay of 72 hours, under the conditions described below.
Tournaments
For tournaments, you are likely to be compensated if you were still participating in the game at the time of the incident. One of several cases may occur:
(i) The tournament for which you have registered has not yet started: you will be reimbursed in full. Should you have registered using a ticket, the ticket will be re-credited.
(ii) The tournament has started but no player was eliminated by the time of the incident: you will be reimbursed in full. Should you have registered using a ticket, the ticket will be re-credited.
(iii) A server side incident occurs after AT LEAST ONE player has been eliminated from the tournament:
a) If paid winners have not yet been determined, one half of the prize pool is shared out equally between the remaining players and one half of the prize pool is shared out prorata in function of each player’s remaining chips.
b) Should paid winners have already been determined:
all remaining players will be reimbursed the tournament commission (rake);
each remaining player will receive an amount corresponding to the next paid place;
one half of the remaining prize pool will be shared out equally between the remaining players;
the other half of the remaining prize pool will be shared out according to the number of chips held by each remaining player.
