I have to quote myself on the message I sent to the support:
I do not become Bill Gates with this money, neither you I suppose, but it is not about money, you know. I love playing poker. Poker is a social game. When I play poker I feel happy, even when some bad beats knock me out of the tournament (well in that case not so happy) but the point I want to make is that when the things are run smoothly, you will NEVER see me making a complaint. NEVER!
At this point you can keep the money. It looks like to Winamax money is more important than customer satisfaction.
I asked for the closure of my account.
The poker community can draw its logical conclusion about this episode.
Good luck.
Hi Johnnyallin,
After looking at your case in detail with support we remain sure that our network is not at fault for your connection issues.
Based on your hand histories (and your video) we can see that you suffer intermittent disconnections for a time before completely losing your connection later on in your session.
Our systems do not show any server incidents which would have caused your connection issues.
It appears as though you are experiencing internet delays which in turn can cause you to time-out from tables and lose your connection, requiring you to reconnect to the table in question.
This seems to be happening frequently to you.
As we have stated in the email sent to you from support, we strongly advise you to contact your internet service provider and verify the reason for your internet delays. It is also possible that these problems could be caused by poor WiFi signal (if you use wireless internet).
The other players at your tables in these tournaments suffered no such difficulties making it highly unlikely the issue originates from our servers.
I'm sorry, however again, I am unable to offer you a refund for your tournaments based on the evidence at hand.
Thank you for your understanding.
