I've never had any comparable problems, and I've been playing online poker for years over several sites. Never had problems with my internet connection as well.
If there can nothing be done on either your or my part regarding these disconnections and you're not even refunding, I will instantly quit playing your site as I'm obviously always in fear of loosing tons of equity in game.

As I said in my first post, an intermediary network between certain ISPs and our servers experienced a technical incident which caused players to lose their connection.
This is an extremely rare occurance and is not to be confused with incidents caused by problems with our servers.
If a failure from our network causes players to be disconnected then all players affected are reimbursed according to our terms and conditions.
Please note that even though this incident is not our fault, we are still refunding the majority of cases where a player has been absent for an extended period of time.
If you have not done so already, I suggest you contact customer support who can investigate your case properly.
