In regards to the proof of address, we are unable to accept a bank statement.
A proof of address can include a phone, water, gas or electricity bill, a receipt for your rent or a letter from your home insurance, as long as these display both your full name and your address, and as long as this is dated within 3 months.
Please note that you are actually able to play on Winamax before having your documents validated, just not on our "European" tables in accordance with legislation set by our regulators.
