Hi! I am not sure whether this is the right topic for my issue but I have not found an official Winamax thread.

I cannot complete my registration on Winamax. I have created an account and deposited money but the site requires proof of ID and proof of address to start playing (which I was not informed of before otherwise I would not have deposited).

The ID check was fast but for some reason the three proofs of address (utility bill with translation and banks statement) were all declined without stating the reason. I only get automated replies but no replies to my emails requesting the reason of declining the proof. I have my 500eur frozen as well and I cannot use them on other websites.

I really want to move to winamax from pokerstars and wanted to play a lot during this coronavirus quarantine. I cannot start playing for 4 days now - I would really appreciate if a winamax representative on this forum could help solve this formality.

In regards to the proof of address, we are unable to accept a bank statement.

A proof of address can include a phone, water, gas or electricity bill, a receipt for your rent or a letter from your home insurance, as long as these display both your full name and your address, and as long as this is dated within 3 months.

Please note that you are actually able to play on Winamax before having your documents validated, just not on our "European" tables in accordance with legislation set by our regulators.

Just received an email from support declining my utility bill as proof of address without stating the reasons. The only reason I can think of is the bill is Russian (English is not an official language in my country) - but I also attached a translation of the bill.

Could you please assist in finding out the reasons for declining?

I am concerned that due to the coronavirus outbreak the postal communication between countries is often suspended and that the mailed code will not reach me in time.

My account has been blocked recently and I was asked to record a video of me playing for 70 minutes. I sent in said video within the deadline and wasn't really worried since I thought it was jut a routine check.

Today I received feedback from support. They state that I have used third party help to improve my daily ranking in the Expresso race. I have never played an Expresso on Winamax, I didn't even know what it was exactly until I got the email. My entire volume comes from mtts exclusively and the only third party tool I used was holdem manager.

Could you please help me out with this matter?

Hey, when I play MTTs on winamax and when i only have like 1 or 2 left, I sometimes get bored at the table sitting so Id like to put them 2 tables on mobile (ios) and grind them in bed or on the balcony chilling. Is that possible? I am asking cuz when I tried the last time I logged into the mobile client but my table did not pop up, so I quikcly went back to desktop.

Normally this is possible, I do that too sometimes to get some cooking or similar stuff done when still having tables open.
The mobile client is quite buggy - so is the software overall. Best to click on your games (after logging in that is at the top left) and open your tables yourself, if that happens again.

Winamax had answer me but just keep asking me not one, but twice (two different people, Alejandro and Camilo) for my ID as they have blocked me because they think I am an spaniard person living outside..... lol
I am Colombian! Playing from Colombia, not spaniard, so please, i ask you kindly to reopen my account since form the beginning, i sent my bills and ID showing correctly who i am and where i live. Even the cashier showed my actual country of residence...

Ok listen Winamax , do not extend Winamax series , just launch a whole new series.
You can literally call it anything , name it " **** corona " , it doesnt matter. As long as a series exist , you re going to smash every possible guarante you put.
