According to our terms and conditions, our security team reserves the right to perform random security checks on any account which has not completed the identity check.
We appreciate that the timing isn't great for you but this has not been done with any prejudice towards you.
It is also unfortunate that at this time support have a very large amount of emails to deal with due to the Series and I can assure you that they are doing their best to reply to everyone as quickly as possible.
If you tell me your table name (PM me if you want) I will check with support asap to see if we can't sort this out quickly for you.

Sorry for not replying sooner, I missed your reply in the middle of all the posts.
All suggestions like this are taken into consideration, however at this time I can't give you an answer as to whether this will be implemented or not as it isn't my decision.
