Hi. At Sunday 1k Highroller (GRAND TOURNAMENT id 97828636) I had 95741 chips (starting with 20000) at the moment the game was stopped due to some technical trouble on Winamax.

Still, I got only 2509 euros, while short stacks, with any chips left, still got back at least 1000 euros. The game cancellation was caused by the room, but you still make big stacks pay for the trouble on your side, which seems illogical at the very least. I find this decision totally unfair.

That sounds like a fair reimbursement, as per ICM calculations. Not sure why you think short stacks take away from bi stacks n terms of refunds ?? Prize pool is divided in 2, half is split among players left equally, the other half is split %ually according to how big their stack is.

Btw, I got refunded for the main quite nicely so Im still a happy customer

If you're connection to the table breaks and you are gone long enough to be sat out, any delay between clicking on "Sit in" and then actually being sat in is like due to the same connection disruption that caused you to be disconnected in the first place.

We feel that the fairest way of determining the chip stacks is to take the stacks from the time at which the incident began, and not the time at which the tournament is stopped.

If you give me your table name (via PM if you prefer) I can verify that all is in order for you although as aseHigh has said, your reimbursement looks to be about right.

Just logged in and noticed my theme settings have automatically changed.
Now Cards settings are set to "Wam" which is absolutely horrible I can't play with that for real, and I can't even choose what I had earlier (4 color classic deck) - in fact i can't choose any other card setting.

Also, the last month or two my client is unable to update itself. When I launch it message says "An error has occured during the update process. You can still launch our software and play". Clicking "Play anyway" is the only way to login. I tried to uninstall the program completely but the message appears again after reboot and reinstall.

If a regular reinstall hasn't fixed the issue, I would advise you to create a completely clean installation.

To do this, you'll need to uninstall Winamax and then use a program such as CCleaner to totally wipe it from your computer.

After you've done this, please try installing again.

It is probably also worth doing the same for Adobe Air.

But when is it possible to check and i use fold hotkey it always folds..
i have tried activate and desactivate the option confirm fold when can check,

Why do you rigg the fast fold games?...statistical on my decent sample size you rigg the games...why when i go all in on any street with at least 80% equity,before dealing the last cards,your software freeze for a fraction of second...and always when this happens is a **** bad beat?why players can't see nowhere an analys of your RNG?i really want to see an analyse of your RNG on a decent sample size...i'm a **** micro grinder and in 2014 i played at least 1.5 million on pokerstars...and at least 500k on winamax in the last 2 months....and more than 5 millions life time...but...what i.ve seen in the last 2 months on winamax...how you force statistic and math...well...this is absolutely ridiculous...why fast fold hands are not automated saved in pc?
