I dont understand why I dont win anymore. My first year and a half I killed low stakes tournies. I have 60k in winnings on FTP with 20k profit. For the last year I havent been able to do anything but break even and I dont know what else to do. I feel like Im playing good. Im raping blinds, avoiding traps, and setting perfect traps only to lose huge disgusting pots. I really feel like I run like death but I still try to look for ways I can improve to maximize my wins but its just not working and I dont get it. Im all depressed now and can hardly breathe. I feel like the universe hates me or the whole thing is rigged. I dont wanna give up and get a real job but I dont wanna waste more of my time trying to fight a fight I cant win.

What do I do? How do I turn it around? Ill give money to anyone who can help me figure out a plan.

I mean Ive won 6+ tournies on FTP for 5k plus without hem. U dont even get enough sample sizes with players for it to make a diff

You are not as good as you think you are and dont spend enough time actively trying to improve your game. Do some reshove calculations, watch a ton of poker videos, post hands your unsure about. If you do not already do all these things all the time and are not willing to start now then you should give up playing right away.

I seriously agree, I quit using my PT3 hud 4 months ago and i went on a $40k upswing.

Anyway, there's no magic formula. You're probably a winning player (I mean you're capable of posting on an internet forum so presumably you can walk across a room without hitting anything, that's enough to beat up to $55 FOs), and you're on a downer. What I do when I downswing is:
- Drink more
- Post more in ssmtt
- review my HHs and see where I'm leaking

You are leaking, we all are. A lot of this game is luck and a lot of that luck comes from having the confidence to make the right moves at the right time. You can't control the cards that come out, or the way your opponents play; you can control your own emotions and your own decisions...

Spend an hour a day or so playing low stakes cash or sngs, just to get confidence back. Also, you probably arent as good as you think you are, so just move down in limits for awhile, then when you feel ready move back up
