Thought mypokerf was a fish when I first played him but I was so wrong. Manipulates sizing a bunch and just plays super well in my experience. Does a lot of exploitative stuff which is good.

Smokrokflok made one vid on RIO this week and fell in love. I knew he was an animal but seeing him give thought processes is great.

i think that people work on improving different skill sets, to win tlb you need a different skillset from being the most skilled player, but obv it doesn't hurt. The naturals like wizo could probably get elite at anything they wanted to with time

Yea like looking at this darrenelias guy's MTT graph are we even sure the guy is a good tournament player? Seems like he just hit 2 massive scores and is otherwise just close to being breakeven. Obviously given the stakes he plays you have to be pretty good to even be breakeven but just looking at his graph I would call it crazy to consider him a top reg idk. ROMDOM82 on the other hand you can tell is a very good player, his graph is constantly trending up with or without his one "big" score.

I'm gonna toss my vote to JWProdigy. I'm not sure if he's the best player, but he is probably the one reg that jumps out when I think of guys who play a ton of hands and have a lot of success.

There are a handful of regs who play 30%+ of hands, but not that many of them are consistently putting up profit. He's doing something right.
