Doubt you are Pokerstars, and doubt they care about a 2+2 well. While I do agree she should probably answer some of the more trivial questions, if she doesn't want to go in to detail she doesn't have to. Period.

They knew her reputation when they signed her. In no way is she a "suspected cheater" by anyone with half a brain.

Given all of the **** I've seen female poker players take from men in live games (and online when suspected of being female), it's hardly surprising that a female poker player, who has no interest in being a talentless freak like, say, Tiffany Michelle, would want to keep details of her life private. It's not like she stands accused of some horrible crime here -- some members are unconvinced of her true gender -- so what? It's none of your business.

brit mer is a real person. the stories itt are real. but shes not the person playing on the account. the account is under her name, she can walk into pokerstars offices right now and prove she is "peachymer", but it doesnt mean she plays poker.

if that picture of you on pokerstars.com is real, you are a cute girl, and given your skill level you would be a good candidate to be a legitimate superstar in the live poker arena if you were to run hot in the right spots. in doing so, i would imagine you would open up countless connections and opportunities to volunteer and/or make a positive impact, as seems to be your M.O. given this, why have you never played a live tourney?

this isn't at all what I asked. I asked for the name of 1 well known poker player that she has met in real life.

1. I didnt really have an ah-ha moment, but if it was anything I would guess math? It was a very weak area of mine, eventually it began clicking the more and more hands I put in!

2. I make sure I have way more than enough money for the limits I am playing! Coming from limit games I was used to extreme variances, so it wasnt much of an adjustment for me. Also, I forget bad beats within seconds, so I think this helps me too! And in regards to the ego thing I think thats true to some extent. I dont really have much of an opinion of myself poker wise, so if something goes bad or I make a bad play, I dont beat myself up over it like some players do.

3. That it is all just one long session!

My question: When you are deep in a tourney that pays extremely well, do you still have to fight nerves, or are you immune to this now after years of playing?

Some of the biggest names in online poker have come to this well and asked legitamate questions, it seems awfully irresponsible as a new member of team stars online to not even bother responding. Peachy, in case you care, the people asking questions in this thread are not nvg droolers, they are legit and their questions need to be answered

Who my friends are is their choice to be public with as well. Since I do choose to be more private I leave it up to people to voice if they are my friend or not since it can cause some controversy when they say they know me (on any level). It escalates to questions about me, how do they know I am really a girl, have they met me, etc. And in some cases people have become outright rude or tenaciously argumentative with people about me. Therefore me not wanting to display those names is both personal and a form of respect on my part. Furthermore, I dont see how me listing out my friends benefits anyone. These reasons also apply towards people that know me in person. I am grateful to them for respecting my privacy.

I have always been private about pictures of myself, I preferred the anonymity. When I first started playing poker I was in a serious relationship, so to me it would have been disrespectful to go put pictures of myself everywhere for random people, especially when he played poker as well. Also, there was no need for people to know what I looked like aside from their personal curiosity. No, I didnt care about peoples opinions in regards to my looks, again it was a matter or privacy.

I plan on playing live events at some point, when that will be I have no idea. I am not able to discuss the conditions of me being PokerStars online pro, I am sure you understand.
