Totally agree with this- if villain is limping from EP they aren't very stack size/bet size sentient in the first place, and also likely have a hand they want to play, so I think they will call your iso to 4-5bbs quite frequently. If you guys are over 100bb+ deep you can probably go even bigger. I would typically call flop as well, you'll be underrepped in their eyes and can continue accordingly (and find folds on A-5-6 run outs) If you are less than 35-40bb effective I'd likely just raise/get it in thinking maybe they will over value something like 55-88 (a common hand an amateur might limp/call in EP with)
