Shoving preflop is probably preferable five-handed, although the result would be the same.
You should never be raising this large preflop on a stack this short. You should either minraise or jam.
Is the flop all hearts?
I don't think you need to open shove the flop, although as you've played the hand you have less than a pot-sized bet left, so it's not a big mistake or anything. Even without a heart, the fourth heart coming is rare, and you're never folding a pair of aces with your stack. You can bet smaller and jam a non-heart turn, bet and call a jam on the flop, maybe even check/jam the flop, etc.
What are the other stacks in the tournament? Are you shortest?
