TT OOP facing UTG raise TT OOP facing UTG raise

Stars 20k GTD, Blinds 300/600/50

UTG (~11k) opens to 3000 (seemed to play straight forward game so far, not sure what the x5 raise means??)

All fold to me in the SB with ~17k and TcTd

Whats my best play here and plan for the flop please (if i call)??

A reraise basically puts him in which seems a little spewy, but calling the raise OOP also seems bad with loads of flops I'm going to hate. Surely I'm not folding??

Does this change if he makes smaller raise (3-3.5x)??

Basically no clue how to play this hand... All advice appreciated. Ta

Read-dependent. I shove if he opens loose UTG, fold if he's super tight.

You have ~34% equity against JJ+, AKs, AKo which is an obscenely tight range. Against a loose opener (99+, AJs+, AQo+, KQs), you're at about 45%.

It seems whenever I see UTG 5x raise its JJ, but I probably shove here anyway unless he's been real quiet for some time, you're not entirely crippled if you lose with an M of about 5...

If his raise is 3x you got a lot more fold equity. 3bet around 5500 with intentions of calling a shove imo?

Are you in the money?

I don't think we see AA or KK very often so the only 2 hands worrying me are Js and Qs. I think I get em in here.

It's not a fistpump but it's a shove. Too short to flat and without a ridiculous read you can't fold TT to a single raise at 20bbs. TT and AK is my range for shoving here

OK thanks so shoving looks best based primarily on bet size looking weak? (if so what do we do if smaller raise??) or based on fact we ahead of his range (even marginally) and we should be shoving regardless of bet size?

thks

I'd rather shove him all-in than call. So many bad cards that will cause you to make a mistake and fold the flop. The 5x seem to be a hand he likes and wants to take down the pot with (I usually take the time to quickly scroll through HH and see his opening sizes and look for a quick showdown to see how he played his other hands) like a middle pair or a big Ax hand.
