Hey,

V has been kinda active , not much reads on him though.

when v checks flop i discount strong hands in there range , so when they c/c flop it seems like they've got a marginal hand which they are trying to pot control with. If they had a strong hand , they'll probably c/r flop or c-bet since this board is pretty dangerous for hands to be slow played.

Thoughts on the turn? do u prefer checking back and re-evaluating river? or do u think we should be betting for value?

The thing is though I just cant see much worse hands calling apart from hands like med pocket pairs like 66/77 , JTs for the open ender , but even draws i think most players will be this on the flop so i even discount straight/flush draws from there range as well.

thoughts?

Dude, it's really not that hard to convert hands, you're missing feedback just because of that.

On the subject, the way you played it seems fine. Checking back flop can't be bad, but betting is probably best.

I'm betting turn too, there are many draws that he could have, and 9x that turned 2-p.
If you want to pot control I think the flop is better than the turn. Most people c-bet A-high flops so it looks like he is looking to x/r. Though he didn't. So for me in the back of my head it looks like a pair that doesn't want to go quietly like KK, but ofc it could be 9x, a draw, etc or that he completely missed.
After getting check-raised, i'm looking to showdown, I'm not betting the river, because the only worst hand that calls us is a 9. But there are a lot of stuff that snaps us, like JJ-KK (that he could play this way), or a flush (probably one that had a reason to stay otf, like 6c7c or 9cTc) or the improbable ace.

So you played it fine, now check-back river.

cheers mate.

I did check back river , v shows JJ.

No idea why they raised turn with that though lol.

agree please use the converter as stated in stickies, you waste ppls time clicking into the thread and then pressing back because its unconverted I pretty much stopped clicking on your threads because of this, but just came into this one by accident

prolly check the flop (villain would cbet his draws), and look to avoid any paint ott.

easy check ott

obvious check otr

Villains pot-control line has all pairs TT-KK in it, and you've got the bottom pp of that bunch so i wouldn't look to be putting more than one bet in post-flop if I can help it.
