bigger flop bet, continue to bet turn, if raised call. c/c or c/f river if raised on turn... i dont think shoving the turn gets enough calls from worse to be good, especially that deep.

it just tells me has lots of worse Ax in his range and prob all sets + bunch of broadway clubs that increased their value with the Qh vs our most likely range of AT-AK/66/double barrels.

Who cares? Bet 666 on the turn and hell station. Then river is real close to 1:1 so you can put him all in where he can station again.
