I hope this thread is OK since it is about live MTT play and questions I have..

The play is SO much more different than online its insane. And I think I have found the major leak in my game is I'm not extracting maximum value from premium made hands. Is there a guide on this anywhere? I was in spots like having AA on BB and the entire table limping in, I 4x the BB and everyone folds. What else am I supposed to do with AA. Min raise 2BB? I was just blown away at how many people limp in, even at later levels. And I basically got blinded out in two of the tourneys. People call shoves SUPER wide. I seen plenty of low pairs calling shoves, J10s, JQo, is this the norm? Also you don't realize how important antes and BB's are until you play live..

I'm the BB with AA, the entire table limps, I make it 3x BB and everyone folds. Should I have min raised? Let the flop go 9 ways?

I'm short stacked in the SB with A9s, CO raises 2BB, BTN jams his 18BB. I was going to jam this until the BTN did, I fold. CO had A2s and BTN had JQo. Should I have still re jammed?

Sounds like the players at your table were really bad. Limping first in is a no no and not raising later is also weak.

The leak in your game is not raising from the BB with AA after the entire table limps in. It is raising to only 4x or 3x. If I was in the BB and lets say 7 players limped I would make it about 11x with any hand I was raising with including 88+ and AQ+.

Your fold of A9s in the SB was very good. It just happens that the BTN jammed with QJo. I guess I'm curious if the CO actually called with A2s or showed it and mucked. If he called then wow.

Seeing that people are calling shoves very wide is excellent. It means I won't be shoving with smallish pairs. I would also hesitate to shove with AXs where X is below T. But more to the point there is a lot of variance in tournaments. You seem to pick things up about your opponents and this will lead to success in the long run.
