They actually did it once right. 120 min latereg / 120 min rebuy should be norm, 3x turbos were withered even before they started to rake rebuys because someone had this brilliant idea to destroy them with 60 min / 90 min structure.

Another series has come and gone... this one the biggest TCOOP (in terms of participants, and nearly in terms of prize money) ever.

How can they say the game wasn't affected when we were seeing 2 hands a level. Not even going to address the lag in the mini tcoop main Bryan?

Will say what i said in my reply to them invest in some better servers instead of cutting every corner possible to maximize profits since amaya took control.

Regarding yesterday's brief lag in some tournaments (including TCOOP tournaments), while we certainly understand and empathize with the frustration many players experienced, all players in the tournaments were affected equally. Further, the lag was brief and affected play for a short period of time, and did not provide an advantage for some players over others.

Given the above facts, the company's position is that refunds aren't warranted in this case.

The lag was for 26 levels in the tcoop mini main it stopped when late reg closed at 600/1200 blinds with a 10k starting stack. Guess we have different definitions of brief. All that said thanks for a good tcoop and for being active in this thread listening and reacting to feedback. Just a shame your overlords are bean counters more interested in paying shareholders than offering a stable platform.

Didn't play the Main (Mini) as I got home too late to make it worthwhile. I was a little perturbed this morning when I seen it ran until 3:15 local time (GMT) which I thought was very long or too long. No-one else?

i thought lag was awful too at the miniME, but the rest of your post is pretty rude imo and uncalled for to say the least.
i doubt it's his decision whether players get any compensation, so even though reading "brief" for the description of lag is frustrating, i try to refrain from personal attacks.

btw, the same guy with one foot at the door organized a great series once more and monitored things along the way to make sure everything runs smoothly, obliging to any requests he could (like adding a handful of deadline sats) etc.

I didn't mean for it to come off as a 'personal attack'. But bryan brushed the lag issue aside as if it was some brief occurrence. You can organize a great series and great coops for years and still handle things incorrectly and thus need to be called out on it

like i said i don't think it's on him whether we get compensation for the miniME (but maybe i'm wrong idk). he either dismisses all the comments about it or we get the official no-compensation reply.

i'm in +1 for "amazing amayastars is brushing it off and not giving at least rake compensation".

We have reviewed your hand history for tournament #1781366610 and noticed that at some point the tournament may have indeed been affected by some delay between hands. However, we do not believe that this had a direct impact on finishing position as you did not miss any hands as a result of it and it also affected all players in the same way. We do understand that the service provided in this instance may not have been up to our usual standards and for this reason we decided to refund the entry fee of $2.45.

I emailed support and they kept saying to send log files etc and that my firewall was to blame. Technical department telling me to do some complicated **** that nobody does in reality.

Eventually I just wrote a new plain email to support that I was very disappointed with the service provided and links to refunds itt and they have now refunded me the rake.
