This might be one of those standard annoying spots that is unavoidable but I seem to run into situations like this frequently. For some reason the hand isn't working in any of the converters so I had to put it into a replayer.

I would play it the same way. Wondering what some of the solver experts here think about flatting pre?

Would sometimes call 4sure vs tight openraiser. But squeeze is definitely also a great play.

Its unavoidable to miss some flops, fire a cbet and then give up. Its a normal part of the game.

Looks good. I'd continue betting on turn if I see a club or 9x+ (Not of spades)

Range flop to target his auto folds, give up when we don’t turn additional equity.

What are his auto folds here?

Villain doesn’t fold any pairs to that size. I’m seeing QJs, KJs, KQ, and AJ in villain’s range. Are those auto folds to this size? Maybe versus some villains but those hands also float plenty. We also happen to block most of those hands.

Which of villains suited connectors are folding to that size? I see none.

Then we’re left with some suited Ax combos. Are those hands going call/call preflop? Maybe, but the players that do so may skew stationy and never fold as well.

Anyway I see this flop as a medium-large cbet spot or a check/fold. I prefer check-fold given that we block his broadway combos.

Check fold is a blunder for sure. If we check and villain 33% we got two overs with the backdoor straight vs all his 10x and under-pairs to the 10. I can’t see it being a fold unless vs big size. I agree though big sizing may actually be preferred here to get clean folds from some of the backdoor hands he’s forced to call with OTF vs small sizing tho.

I'd play it the same way - you have the strongest range on the flop, every broadway turn improves your hand - we just get a bad turn here.

Don't think a squeeze is a thing here this deep with off suit combo , need suited 100 bigs deep to make strong hands and strong draws more often.
I could be wrong though

Guessing KQo specifically is a low frequency squeeze, assume our worse offsuit broadways pure call. Generally we prioritze suited hands out of the BB as squeezes.

Flop is actually very good sizing, probably arguments to go smaller but this sizing should fold some Ax and small pairs w/o backdoors and that's nice. As 3-bettor we probably get to bet this range, if not close to range, because we have such an equity advantage on that board.

Clearly can't double barrel turn as we need to prioritize hands with a spade as double barrels.

I think there's an argument here to bluff this hand on the river, to be honest. We block the QT/KT hands that are likely to call, although it's close. But the bigger thing is that we unblock A-high (especially the naked Asxx and 7x that got here and now might just try to check back). We don't block the small pairs with a spade that almost certainly have to fold. Obviously having a spade would be better but this is kind of bottom of range.

I think once we check and our opponent bets that size on the river though, KQo actually becomes a bad candidate to bluff because now we block the weakest portion of villian's value range that would fold to a shove. They're now more likely to have AT or better.

Really interesting thought about the river bluff. He does cap his range when he calls pre and checks behind on the turn, and the stack sizes are kind of perfect for it (I have him covered, it's a PKO, and putting him all in represents a 125% pot bet). And on that flop, his calling range will include so many marginal pairs that will hate a river shove. I'm trying to find more of these spots to take my game to the next level and I think this might have been one of them.

shouldn't our squeezes only come from our suited broadways here AQo AKo 99+ and some suited connectors
