Out of interest, are you saying it makes you feel bad now, or it made you feel bad before you went to a regular set daily time ?
I'm thinking about doing something like this, going to maybe 5am-1pm or 6-2. I think I'd need to do it every day, and probably make sure I finish playing poker at least 90 minutes before going to bed. If I happen to be up a bit later, still try to get up at the same time and keep it regular. Thoughts welcome, especially from anyone who is already doing this.
