top my month of august (2/26 ITM -38% ROI, 0/15 ITM in 180s) although the two cashes were 18th + 27th in 2k+ field tournaments.

yuk...i hate those.

just started my new routine. full body 3 days a week plus cardio on the other 2. squats/military press/dead lifts/bb rows/db bench press/incline curls. finally figured its time to build a good base and quit making my own fukcing idiotic routines that consist of chest/tris/bis and very little back......
