Hey everyone,
It is about time for (proper) SCOOP to begin! I wish you all the best of luck and hope to see some familiar names at the top of the lobbies.
Before I get into some direct responses, a few announcements:
- SCOOP 2nd Chance Freerolls have been added to the client. Players who play Low Events and do not cash (or do not advance, in the case of Event 01) will receive a ticket to the next day's freeroll. More information in the link below...
- SCOOP Ticket Drops have been added to several Medium Events. Basically, in some Events, it will rain tickets 50, 52, and 54 minutes after the start time. To see which tournaments will award tickets, click here.
- Satellites have been posted through Monday. Tuesday's "special" satellites have been posted as well.
- There is a limited selection of satellites to the $25,000 High Roller. You can find them by navigating to the MTT Satellites tab and searching "15-H".
- Event 39 will not award Player of the Series points. The lobbies have been updated to reflect this.

I get to play these tourneys like once in a blue moon so I'll trade some "EV" for getting to play for more than an hour if i get bad beat in the first lvl or some ****
This was my thinking as well. It isn't often that these games are offered at such stakes and guarantees, so I assumed that fans of these games would prefer having the ability to re-enter.

We hope to pay all players, but there's always the possibility of complications. Each Phase 2 tournament currently has a "fake" pay table in it. In order to pay all players, we need to redeploy each Phase 2 tournament in the time between the last Phase 1 ending and the Phase 2 beginning. At the same time, we need to create a pay table for each stakes level, which is no simple task in and of itself. That is why there is a disclaimer in each Phase 1 lobby.

Someone else answered, but I'll confirm that we do not have a "surrender your stack" mechanic. If you make it to Phase 2, you will not be permitted to enter more Phase 1s.

There won't be any further structure changes unless an error is discovered. I do plan on reviewing structures before the next Series, so please continue to leave feedback over the coming weeks.

Your suggestion is sensible for European players playing both late Phase 1s, but the current scheduling is not an issue for players in the Americas. These Phase 1s cater to them. Additionally, these time slots allow for nearly uninterrupted late registration from 10:00 ET to ~22:00 ET.

On the final day, there is a Phase 1 scheduled at 06:00. Otherwise, I haven't really considered altering the Phase schedule. More Phases would mean a lighter satellite offering for other Events. I think there's some lessons learned in terms of how to better utilize this extra week of tournaments that we'll consider next time around, but I think players will be plenty busy with the rest of SCOOP starting tomorrow.

What about the turnout so far? Higher or lower amount of entries than expected in general? And what about the value (subjective)? What do you think? (I haven't played anything yet).
Not sure if you were asking me, but I'm pleased with how Event 01 is performing! Players still have many opportunities to qualify for Phase 2, but this week was a great way for players to have a taste of SCOOP before the rest of the Events begin.

I'm guessing the latter but can someone confirm how it's been in the past?
Players will receive a new timebank.
