It was decided recently that putting the "[Optional Re-Entry]" flag in tournament names was unnecessary, as the information is superfluous when the tournament is open. The re-entry information is front and center in the tournament lobby.

11 Events out of 55 (20%) allow re-entry. 28 tournaments allow up to three re-entries per player, one tournament allows up to two re-entries per player, and four tournaments allow a maximum of one re-entry per player.
