Billy I only had like 140$ more behind from his riverbet so halfpot shove would of been the same thing. But I would of folded toa shove

yah jp I blanked out realizing he improved on the 4 was just like head forward big pot trying to steal it down. I still kind of like the river bet has to work so rarely and not sure he calls with 10x on the river but maybe he does dunno hes made some biggish folds to me I prob should of just 3bet 6th if I wanted to bluff him later but I hit call too quickly before I thought that true. At least they play studhi worse then me

You can't 3bet 6th or really ever expect him to fold the river in that big of a pot b/c it is almost 100% that he has you boardlocked b/c you now have 2 4's.

Good luck to you Shaun, you've been one of the most influential people in my poker life for the last couple years, your contributions to this community have been tremendous and I hope you enjoy as much success in whatever you decide to do in life as you had grinding online MTT's.

Pick no more than two or risk nervous breakdown:

- constant high volume gambling

- chronic pot smoking

- living and working in isolation

I think breaks are good for everyone, especially around the holidays. Do whatever feels right for you cause if you kept playing feeling this way it would only turn out worse....so I think its great you are taking some time off (no matter how short or long it is).

i think players should mix cash and tournies more often, if you're good no real reason to play the 3 rebuy can just add a table of 1/2 even if ur nitting it up

Most ppl grindin the 3r are grindin 10 other tables and makes it a headache adjusting to the dynamics by adding in cash tables. More robot-like the better.

I've been considering adding in days to play 50-100nl and change the pace of my week a little bit.

I've tried playing cash and mtts at the same time and I am horrible at it. Maybe other players can do it well but I certainly can't.

+1

I always wondered about this, I could perhaps shortstack cash, but deep stack is a problem
