I'm in this spot all the time and I shove and I get raped by 49 off + that.
Am I supposed to shove or poss get blinded down to 1+BB.

You should be happed to get raped by 94o. I haven't played STTs (this looks like an 18man tho) in awhile, but I'd shove this. I don't want my stack to get down to the point where I'm priced in to call from the BB or folding and having a stack with no fold equity.

I might not shove ATC, but pretty close to it.
