I will describe, as the video may only be available on Pokergo. 2022 $50K 9-game 4-handed. Cates starts with 13.4M, Glaser has 10.2M, 7.2M, and 3.9M stacks. Glaser raises Ks5s on the button and Cates defends in the BB with 9s7s. Flop is KcKd9c. Check, Glaser cbets 175K, Cates raises to 350K, Glaser 3!s to 850K, Cates 4!s to 1.35M, and Cates calls. Turn and river are 6h and Qd and it goes check/check.

Cbet seems OK, but I would go more than ¼ pot. Cates play is interesting, as I would call down. I don't like Glaser's 3! size. It seems like a flat call or a larger 3! for value. I understand Glaser has a bad kicker and there are ICM issues, but I do not like checking back the turn and river in position. Maybe Cates' minraises spooked him. Also, they are playing 2/3 limit games, so maybe don't want to play a big pot. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Yeah my solver just blew up, so I think they simply confused each other otf and got to the end with as little damage as possible

Is that the event where Jungleman raised the river allin in limit and the guy folded the best hand getting 10+ to 1 odds?

Yeah, but as little damage as possible was not good for the guy with trips.

No, that was a different Poker Players Championship. He won it two years in a row. Rast and Michael Mizrachi have each won three of them.

That was the 2021 9-game high roller, playing limit holdem. Leng raised from the SB with A5o and Jungleman defended from the BB with KQo. The board went A7J9K, with the first 4 cards rainbow. Leng check/called the flop. The turn went check/check. Leng bet the river and Jungleman raised for less than a full bet, apparently for value as Leng didn't play it like he had an ace. Leng folded, and Jungleman went on to win the tournament.

It seems like really bad play by Leng. It is BvB in a raised pot, you flop top pair on a dry board and the other guy has a little over 2 big bets left in limit holdem. It seems like you gii regardless. I guess not everyone plays perfectly in high rollers.
