Had only played with villian for about 15 hands and he seemed pretty solid.
Since I butchered this hand I would like to get opinions on whats the best line to take with this hand. I know calling here preflop with my stack size and folding is bad. Should I only be shoving or folding here?

What's the best way to get it in pre here? Just shove to widen our range?

I don't think flatting is horrible, but why are you folding on a J-high flop to a standard c-bet? As played, how do you not get it in on the Flop?

There's like 12k pre once he 3bets. And there's a flatter. You should excitedly get it in pre. If he's wild then you can flat but not fold basically any flop. Especially J26 with a flush draw.
