Some better reads on SB would help here. Probably bet like 350 on the turn, fold river as played not feeling bad about it at all, with the way this board ran out.

Yes, bet the turn. You can't call anything legitimate on the river so that's the only way to win the hand.

Bet the turn for value/information imo... Not that likely his checking behind an ace when there is fd on the flop. On the river you have to fold. A lot of fish overbets the river w nuts if it goes check/check. Probably bc they regret they didnt valuebet earlier and gets greedy, or they simply wants this too look like a bluff..
