You don't have the stack size to be raising pf. Shove pf, at least you will have first in vigor.

6BB is a very short stack. You should be doing one of two things preflop - allin or fold. In this spot KQs is a good enough hand to shove preflop, so that's what you should do.
As played flop is a very trivial call, you need ~30% equity and have way more than that.
