4 bet pot bottom 2 pairs on the flop

Hi everybody! What do you think of this hand?
Early stage, freezeout tournament, no rebuy.
Light 4bet at micros often means K-K or A-A, maybe the fold preflop is the best thing to do but when I call and hit this flop I think I have no other option than bet and on the turn the SPR is so small that I don't think I can give up with 2 pairs.
