Why pokerstars became from the best and most liked company to utter trash and most hated ?

I know back then there was a leaderboard for stars mtt and sngs especially the planet of the leaderboards. Does anyone know around when stars stopped this? Also in my challenges or one of the options, i notice back then it showed like who had the most cashes for the high, medium and low leaderboard for mtt. I believe it showed how many points you get. Stars no longer does this right? Also what did people back then get in these leaderboards? Was it like top 50 or 100 and if so what did they get? I recall i saw some players would have like 30 plus cashes in a week etc and was on the leaderboard.



So basically if you win tournaments or get top 3 or deep in many of them, there is nothing added to it like points right?



Also i notice in some tournaments when ppl make deals, its basically icm or equal right? I recall back in the old days, it was all done with a moderator at the table. But as of now, players can't go like okay add this much amount and we have a deal?


I also assume once a deal whether heads up or 3 players is made or how many players... unless its those tournaments where at least x money is paid to the winner... is there any point of playing the rest of the tournament since a deal is made? You don't anything extra for 1st or 2nd compared to 3rd right once a deal is made? Thus when a deal is made, you basically just go all in as it doesn't matter? I notice on 888, players would just go all in and other guy calls once a deal is made so i know on 888, there isn't anything extra on top.



Does stars ever plan to fix the payout structure? Do you all agree of all these changes stars made, the payout structure is one of the worst compared to the no more vpp and reward program?

People still paying the biggest effective rake + **** aurora engine + laging all night + shitiest promos and dont care so they will change nothing for good ,u can expect only bad changes .Everytime im thinking theres nothing else bad to be done but they amaze me .We had moderators but these moderators must get $$$$ so they fire them and put only icm/equal.They also hiring people from my country cuz its low salary country with no skills or understanding of poker ,not that all people working in pokerstars must know poker but atleast should have some clue.Atleast we have promos which are 100% luck dependant .

Client was lagging a lot during the peak traffic. Had couple of disconnects and sit-outs on some tables as well.

can you raise the max entrants at the pkos and bounty builders?

2 pkos maxed out at 5k entrants today and 2xBB at 20k entrants (!)

Sunday Million also almost reached close to the 25k cap (23,134)

all the players online atm and you put a turbo series on, its better than nothing but still meh.

How do you see tournament profit/ loss?

If play 20 MTTs in a day and want to see the profit/loss figure, it's impossible?

Have to request zip file which doesn't even open. What a load of bollocks.

Turbo series is utter garbage. Lowest buyin $11. $1-$5mtts are the bread and butter of mtts on stars and to exclude them from series like this is plain wrong.

Dude who is designing the schedule is bleeding money for stars. You can quickly add bigger quarantees. Do a similar to scoop/wcoop event now but he is sleeping. It took him only what? 2-3 years to understand that a 55$ bounty will be popular alongside with the 530$ bounty builder?

Its because Scoop is in May & the virus wont be over in a few weeks anyways. It will take over a year till its under control. Having the HR Series & TCOOP is totally fine for now. Also Stars.fr has a SCOOP running at the moment.

What we really need is even more new daily tournaments. A few tournaments which have been removed in the past due to low traffic could easily return.

For example:
$ 215 Tripple Threat
$ 11 Phase Tournaments
Daily Mixed Game Majors
$ 1.10 3x Turbo Rebuy
and so on..

It would also make sense to re-name a few.
Sunday Million -> Sunday Two Million or Sunday Millions

We havent even reached the peak yet. The traffic will go much higher during the next few weeks. Stars needs to make some bigger moves. GGPoker for example reduced the rake for all MTTs to 5-8% a few days ago.

11$ turbo series phase tournament with i would guess 750k - 1m gtd
and 109$ phase with 2.5 mio gtd
would be great

they probably could of run the turbo series with 2 tiers easily with this current traffic

Who is more clueless? The guy running the MTTs or Pokerstars for not hiring someone else?

I offered to work for them for 70% of his salary since they like to hire people from my country (lower wages/standart ), nobody contact me .

The funny thing is i offered 3-4 suggestions for tournaments and 2-3 of them appeared after 2-3 days ,so i bassically work even for no $.

For a company that is willing to take so much money from its players, it is mind-blowing how they are not capitalizing on this corona pandemic. Guarantees are getting smashed, traffic is high. Not offering a lower buyin turbo series is the same as throwing money away.

True, but I guess players who usually play those low BI's will now play the $11 and maybe $22 BI's, since they want to play MTT's no matter what en therefore play the lowest BI's available. Also, they've put in loads of satellites to all events, some even with pretty decent structures. This in contrast to the usual hyperturbo sats for turbo MTT's.
This makes the $11 MTTs imo maybe not exactly the bread an butter of this moment, but def way more +EV than in normal conditions.

BSOP looks quite decent. $22 mini main. 82 deep stacks 6 Max looks good as well but would have liked to have seen it be a $55.

I am horribly lagging on all my tables. Another nice Sunday which they can't handle.
