Hi Pokerstars Luke
New on this forum, but decided to go this route to get some feedback on issues with PS software. One is very simple, since the PS software update begin this month I have to seat myself every time again. It is not auto-seating me in the bottom of table, and this same issue happens every restart and also on different laptops.
Is this being addressed ?

winter series is great, but it should be an addition, not a replacement also gonna be really weird that 888/party both have series on whilst stars have nothing, will be interesting to see how it plays out

sorry for my tone itt i just was super excited for sth positive but was let down/ let myself down. not saying at all that the current series is bad i just thought its a nice long overdue promotion and early 2018 will have sth super exciting to look forward to, an improvement to the concept of TCOOP instead of as it looks now nada

The other issue I have frequently is that the time bank is greyed out while playing - it only happens in Omaha - but is very annoying - if you know you have some time to make a decision while you r playing multiple tables suddenly your hand is folded - does anyone else have this or a resolution to this ??

Having left stars with the introduction of chests I came back to play a few Winter Series mtts and have to say that I am so glad I left, had some 200nl tables going while playing mtts and found myself wondering why you would subject yourself to these game selections when there are so many casino based sites full of punters with MTT schedules that are actually starting to challenge the quality of stars. Played midstakes on stars for 2 years during undergrad and dont see myself playing again once Winter Series finishes.

What is happening with assigning seats in MTTs?(no preferred seat, no auto-center) When i join a tournament i get sat randomly in any of the 9 seats but after table breaks they put me in the same seat at the new table. And it goes like this over and over at all future tables. This completely ****s up pokertracker player bars cuz they seem to be moving around as if everything is okay and i get seated randomy in any of the 9 seats every time a table breaks and i get a new one, like its been for a ****ing decade now.

If I understand you correctly you need to assign your preferred seat in Pokertracker as well as in pokerstars. If they match this won't happen. At least that's how it works in HM.

Yes. Freaking annoying. Exactly my problem. It started a couple weeks ago with a software update and it makes playing multiple tables in parallel tricky because you have to check and adjust seat position every time. I don't get any answers from support either -

it's like, these sites used to be the ones not capitalising on stars' shine...

stars is so oi now they cant be bothered

I also lost some final table hand notes on regs, so there is def issues with the software, also my hud bugged out on a few FTs (best time for it to go lol).

i emailed support and got an answer from someone who doesnt seem to have played a single ****in mtt in his life. Just prewritten useless reply. It was like talking to a wall.

Thats the thing man, ive never had a preferred seat and i dont want it. For years, after a table broke they moved u to a new table and the seat and this new table didnt match ur seat at the previous table. What happens now is u get seated in the same spot after ur table breaks and u get moved. But pokertracker bars dont match the players, so to mee it looks like pokertracker "sees" newly assigned seat correctly, but in pokerstars software im in the same seat. 7 hours, 5 tables, imagine draggin around all pokertracker bars every time i got a new table Even when igo thru hand history, the hand reviewer shows me in a different seat than it was at the actual table. It wasnt ever like this and its obv some kind of a bug.

The problem is also persistent if I don't use additional software like Pokertracker. Every time I start a new table it is a surprise where I sit, the preferred seating is not functioning. It is most frustrating if you play 5+ tables of course.
And yes, I have also lost notes several times a week this last couple weeks. I know how to revert to notes from the previous session but then I have to restart and of course set seats for all tables again. And of course the latest notes are the most relevant. Sometimes I take screenshots
I wish support was able to help in these cases but they are not.

My solution is to play 888 and PP for the most part.
