That's the one thing that I'd love to see changed in Spin & Go Max, for recreationals' sake: the winner should always get a prize not smaller than the 2nd place one, even when it requires making the largest of the three possible 1st place prizes 'less round', though the latter issue can be removed through a slight reduction of the frequencies of high prize pool multipliers combined with a slight increase of those prize pools. Such a change will require relicensing, but I still think it's well worth the hassle.

That's still a better deal than the 12% rake for 9 (on avg) hands that I was paying in 36-man super-KOs or the 10% rake for 12 hands in Beat The Clock, lol.

Not sure I see the connection, maybe you can explain it to me? For Spins rake was always pretty hidden, right? Spins aren't "raked" in the traditional sense, it's a factor of that payout probabilities, and it's always been tucked away in the pay table on the website and never visible in the lobby. Maybe I'm remembering wrong though?

Sure, only 3 weeks until WCOOP and we still have no idea about the schedule. Normally I would be excited by now and would start to plan around some events that I would definitely want to play. I can't be bothered doing the same thing now, because it's simply too short of notice. The only thing I know now is to keep the last Sunday free.
Although I hope the schedule will be great, and it pains me to say this, but a small part of me hopes it will be filled with flaws and errors turning this WCOOP into the worst one ever.

Not posting a preliminary schedule on 2+2 is also such a big mistake. Just read back the SCOOP feedback thread and see how many minor tweaks and changes were made for the better.

Poker is a game, it's only natural that people will compete and try to improve. Show me a game where this is not the case !

If they want to stop favouring the regs, just get rid of re-entries that have started popping everywhere. Or limit the max number of tables.

Removing loyalty programs is just as stupid as it gets. Recs want loyalty programs too. Those VIP levels had a lot of bragging value - just need to look at how many players were showing theirs at the table.

All that Stars is achieving here is alienate the players that helped them get where they are today.
