Clearly all of the problems with Stars in the past 2+ years have stemmed from them eliciting feedback from players, so kudos to them for going on communication lockdown.

+Everything to people criticizing the HORSE Phase event.

Also, I'm pretty sure the HORSE Phase internal discussion went something like this:

"Holy **** that's a great idea!!! That way we won't have to run any standalone FL HE, FL O8, FL Razz, FL Stud, or FL Stud/8 tournaments, we can just say to players looking for those events 'Hey, there's multiple PHASE 1's just waiting for you to enter for the game(s) of your choice!!! What's that? You want a standard freezeout based entirely in your game of choice? LOL, you probably won't make Day 2 anyway, so it's the same thing!!!' "

Not sure if I am good here but asking this for a friend.

Last week he played a mtt, big 11, on pokerstars app in Ipad. And suddenly the app went down. He couldn't log in anymore. He deleted the app and install again but the app doesnt appear anymore in applestore

Something happens? He is also living in holland.

I love the idea of a HORSE phase event. Would prefer it if all of the phase 1's were played in the HORSE format though.

What will the buy in be?

I actually really enjoyed the micro millions! Maybe I'm biased cos I went deep in a number of events but I enjoyed it and it got good numbers and hopefully bought more recs into poker.

I also enjoyed the micro millions, as a rec player. Didn't really run bad which resulted in some deep runs for me too, nice to build the roll a bit for the upcoming events

I usually just lurk here and I guess I'm a rec given my low volume (200MTT/month or so) but even to me this is just crazy. It seems to me in this thread that you've been given a much harder time than is fair but it seems that the Pokerstars MTT offering is just getting progressively (ha!) worse. It's super tilting to see you (I guess Pokerstars and not you Luke personally) making seemingly bad choices left, right and centre squandering such a huge market share and player pool.

In addition, I've been checking this thread almost every day since you said you'd release the WCOOP schedule and it's pretty insulting to just change your mind, seemingly arbitrarily, having promised it here.

HORSE idea is crazy and I hope it's a huge failure. I've got the next few weeks now to worry about how bad the rest of the schedule will be given that that was your exciting headline announcement.

HORSE phase sounds great. Maybe there are some issues with average stacks coming from split pot games vs not or people only playing their best game's phase, but anything that gets people playing more mixed games has got to be a good thing. Maybe you could even do a HORSE phase event as an accumulator, so you can get chips for day 2 from multiple games.

What's with the lobbies not showing buy-in/rake split anymore - it just shows the total amount? Do we have to go to the structure tab every single time to make sure that rake hasn't just been increased to 20% or whatever?
