I wanted to provide an update regarding our service issues last night. First of all, I apologize for my lack of updates. Every single disruption is different in nature. In this case, I was called approximately 30 minutes after the site issues began. Upon logging in, I liaised with our developers to learn the type of issues we were experiencing and a timeline for restoring service. They informed me that service would be restored in the short term. With that in mind, we immediately began preparations to take mass actions regarding existing tournaments, mostly roll forwards.
As for specific issues:
- Players in the $10K Payday Phase 2 were manually credited roll forward credits this morning.
- Tournaments unexpectedly resumed dealing from ~19:29 to 19:47 ET. We're going to investigate how players were affected during this period and make additional credits as needed.
