TChan just observed that it looks like they restarted SCOOPs where all players had definitely returned. Looks like the cancelled ones were done to the odd player (where it was deep) not returning.

In the cancelled bounty tournaments, can anyone confirm if you also get your bounty credited back?

Just to make sure I'm super clear on how this works (primarily live cash player who plays tournaments literally 3 weeks of the year lol): Stars pays out the value to remaining players based on the posted prize pool and keeps the rake from a tournament that was canceled due to their technical issues? F*** me.

when the site was half down people realised what was happeneing and registered lots of events, the 2k 4max for example lots of people made $1200 without playing a hand, feels very wrong to me?

The connection issues have now been resolved and we're in the process of readying the site to resume tournaments. Sadly, this outage resulted in the cancellation of many tournaments, including some SCOOP Events. Events where most players were present were resumed. Players who did not return will be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Other Events were rolled forward in accordance with our cancellation policy, which you can read here.

Events 30-H, 31-L, 31-M, 31-H, 32-M, and 32-H were resumed.

Events 32-L, 33, 34, and 35 were rolled forward.

Any players currently seated in paused tournaments can leave. These will be rolled forward.

Are you ****ing kidding me cancelling the tournaments today? I had a huge stack in limit he and all I get is your **** payout and no chance to actually win? WTF? What the hell is going on? This is not ok.

So just to be clear, with the "Rolled Forward (Not in the money)" settlement system, the people that late registered the $2k 4-Max after the connection drop just directly took several hundred dollars apiece without playing a hand, directly from those that had already been playing? Does that seem reasonable?
