Amaya clearly have replaced the human support staff with a automated robot team who reply with pre written scripts. Remember the support being top notch 2+ years ago always fast and felt like you were talking to a real person.

Now takes 2 or 3 emails to get past the automated defences to find a real person to sort out any issue

Had an incident on the tables the other day, well actually several incidents involving the same guy over time. A mouthy German rec who was being abusive towards everyone at the tables. Came across him 4-5 times on the same day and got fed up of him and called a moderator.

At this table he was speaking English at first then he switched to German. Called the moderator and she just looked at the German dialogue and said that moderators don't translate chat and left!

So he laughs and starts abusing the "poor aids ridden Greek guy" again. I called the mod a 2nd time and asked if she could kindly do her job and look over the whole chat instead of taking the easy option.

Still nothing got done!

I remember years ago that any abuse was taken seriously and lead to immediate bans!

This is epic from Amaya to be fair. 3.5 days ago they delete my deposit method.

It still hasn't been made right.

Guess I'll not play today then

why are people against re entry? it really doesn't change anything. The only thing that shouldn't have re entries is championships like wsop main.

I wouldn't be against Monday 6m specifically being a reentry as it's much more action packed than some fullring timbey by nature

The idea is that regs re-enter much more than fish so it gives fish a worse experience and makes the mtt tougher as a whole.

How comes event 13 of TCOOP has suddenly changed from a normal $27 to a $27+R... was working out my schedule and have now had to get rid of this Was only playing the 5 27's but now it's reduced to just the 4!

I highly doubt this will get any attention but i feel like the sunday $1k is a bit of a fail compared to how amazing the sunday $500 used to be, the $500 used to smash guarantee 's regularly and the 1k just barely scrapes by everyweek! I think it would be worth considering going back to a sunday $500
