Yeah, Luke is really "listening to and representing the players" currently isn't he?!

Truth be told, when you cut through all the crap and get to the bottom line, Luke is simply running with his own agenda and clearly doesn't have any interest in anything we have to say anymore.

This thread has become a joke IMO and it seems to be a waste of time discussing or contributing anything worthwhile to it in regards to the schedule. It seems to exist now for 'show' purposes only so, that Pokerstars can be seen to be listening to and doing right by there players.

Well done Luke, your last post has contributed to my feeling even less like being invested in Pokerstars and as a result, i'm going to spend more time playing MTT's at 888Poker. At least with there MTT thread on 2+2, the reps actually listen to players, respond frequently and make numerous changes based on player feedback. With the improvements there quickly making to the MTT schedule and slowly making to the software, it's no surprise to see MTT player numbers there increasing and a number of those being players who previously spent most of there time playing solely on Pokerstars.

I know its winnings and not profit but this is quite sickening to read considering he works for Amaya who would vomit at the idea of a player making over 5k a year.

I'm surprised no one seems too disappointed about the special tournaments that were announced, for my part I feel pretty let down.

In other years we used to have between WCOOP and the year's end a Red Spade Open, a tournament carnival week with increased guarantees, sometimes a mini series in December and then a special SM with a 5M guarantee in the 2nd half of December.

This year we just have a SM with a guarantee decreased to 2M and the MM main... You dropped the ball, Stars.

This is not me feeling entitled, I just think of myself as a customer that demands to pay for a service (nice tournaments) and they refuse to serve me. I'm really disappointed.

Worst thing is you can't even see the rake if you were to register through the 'beat the clock' tab. Obviously they do not want players to know how terrible this rake is. Then again, is this really a surprise with the way things are done since the last 1.5 year or so?

Honestly, Pokerstars needs better representation on this forum. Think Stars is not aware of the negative publicity that they are getting due to a indiviual who is not doing his job properly.

If his job is to focus on MTT , fine. Then there shd be a different resource handling this thread.

I maybe wrong but, isn't Bryan the overall MTT manager for Pokerstars eg: the top dog when it comes to tournaments and Luke's boss?

Perhaps we should flick him a pm and clarify if that is the case or not, as well as discuss future representation for this thread etc...?!

Doubtful, they most likely report to the same guy though.
